A key difference in design between my AACW mod and RUS one

In AACW, both sides are popular. Of course, there are internal dissentions, strife and war exhaustion. But in the Russian Civil War, all major factions share a high unpopularity forcing them to bring men and means by force, repression and terror.

Each time I’m modding RUS, on my first aim is to underline that huge difference. When playing RUS, you must feel whatever your faction as a small crew on hostile waters 😉
