Continuing campaign as Southern whites late 19 april, Krasnov retired but still option in the ledger for choosing new Ataman. Also sometimes appear in the message log.
Losing 2 NM per turn for for not controlling Riga and Kaunas. Von neff division appeared in Tartu but can not move other regions. Estonia is locked. I haven’t Recognize independences should I ?

  2. Baris says:

    Thanks,
Related , I can not Recognize independences. Option does nothing.

  3. Baris says:

It is the problem for official patch but I have tried 3 times concriptions in Kuban,Stravpol and in Terek but Greens have very low loyalty percentage still. Maybe Germans will revolt. 🙂

    • Clovis says:

As the loyalty bug of the official version has been fixed in PON, the next RUS offical patch should solve the trouble I can’t fix for myself. There ‘s a console command for now, look at the offical forum last threads. Now, you must now the loyalty effects of RGD aren’t linear: the more you’re using them on an area, the higher the losses.

  4. Baris says:

    Uploaded with back up
    Thanks.

I played the Bonch-Bruevich replacement option. It doesn’t give a notification that anything happened, though Bonch was removed. Also, I had sent Vatzetis to Arkangel and it locked him there instead of sending him back to Moscow.

Also, what does the phrase from the above option “Reds will lose the random events giving him one more general without any cost” mean?

And one more comment about this event. Bonch has the training officer trait, so removing him from the game also has a negative effect on the profesionalism of the red army, even though the event is supposed to have the opposite effect. Maybe give Vatzetis that trait? Or take it away from Bonch?

Btw, the AI is already kicking my butt.

    • Clovis says:

Vatzetis locked to Arkhangelsk? Great bug. I’ve fixed it, but it opens a full load of possibility. If you remove an unit identified by his name to replace it by an unit with the same name in an event without any reference to a region, the unit will come into play in the region occupied by the removed unit. So it’s possible to ease some switching side cases …

Training trait for Vatzetis is more coherent indeed.

      I will rewrite the sentence.

  6. Patrick Cleburne says:

I started over as the Southern Whites. Ran into a wierd bug with the Turks/Caucasian units. The purple shaded Caucasian units lock a stack completely. You can see what’s in the stack, but you can’t click on any of the units in the stack at all. I’ve never seen that before. I put some white Turkish units in with the purple and there’s no way to pull them back out. I’ll attach my save if you’d like to take a look. (hmm looks like I have to register to upload?)

    • Patrick Cleburne says:

Or are both the turks and Cacasians supposed to be ai controlled? The whole Baku situation is confusing, as it was historically I suppose. I guess they’re listed as cordial relations? I’m not sure the engine is handling that right. I wonder if it could mess up the AI.

Patrick, You should get a mail giving you access to the box. If things go wrong, you may upload your files at the Matrix forum or , in a old thread about Fatal Yeras on the Ageod forum. I may yet download from here.

    • Clovis says:

Not a bug but the garrison of the city. Azeri units have different color but are under Turkish AI control. The situation was indeed very confuse. The whole thing needs yet some cleaning. Thanks

Well, I tried y first game with RED since I installed FY and man, they have a intense job in front of them.

First, I would like to send you my save game (25-30 turns in) so you may have some materials for yourself ( I think you like it but I may be wrong).

Also, I was less impressed by the AI while playing the Red. Mostly, I think the AI fail to mount a real major offensive with the Sib if you let them move freely on the Volga. My initial tactic was to retreat and regroup but I didn’t build massively, I simply took what was offered and placed Trotsky on top of my stack.

All in all, I could defend the gold train and push back the troops across the Volga without too much trouble. I then proceed to mount some offensive with huge stacks of men (40k to 60k) and the AI only sent about 20k on the whole front.

I am not sure, but it would seem that the AI suffer from the new events more then an human player would, or it’s simply my imagination.

Anyway, sorry for long post… I like to talk much.

Until yesterday, the Siberian AI rarely formed the Directory. I’ve done some adjustements, more are certainly necessary.
