– some bugs fixed

– new behaviour for AI during winter turns

– some work about Siberian Whites AI

New rule:

13) Tanks

The tanks of World War I were slow and mechanically fragile. Their tactical autonomy was very weak and it was out of the question on the strategic scale that they move on long distances by themselves.

From then on, the only means to transport them close to the battlefield were the rail, the trucks being rare and themselves in their modest beginnings. Besides Russia didn’t distinguished herself by the quality of her roads.

In the original version of the game, the tanks move quickly, everywhere. I decided to block them at the containing regions a railroad track to canalize their use on the historical zones.

    I have played as Southern white and Siberian before, I can play one of them with this mod. But I wanted to try as the reds. Did you make some tweaks to Southern white AI? if not I will start as Southern white again and report any error or behaviour of the AI.

    Try as Red. Anyway, it will be helpful to see how both White AI performs…

    Thanks Clovis for this mod.
    I m also confortable that Ukranians and Nestor will now try to protect my south borders when possible. But now it will be a challanging game. 🙂

    Is my save from 0.99 compatible with this update, or should I start a new game?

    This should work with the ongoing games. Some features could possibly not work, depending or not of your game situation. By example, if Tank units are yet present, they will move the old way when new will move only on railroad regions…

    There is no error about white spy Ataman, just appeared without errors this time. My question, is he a historical general and does he need to be the commander of the stack to be effective. He has a hide value of 5 in the unit card. But in normal terrain it shows as 7 hide value.
